Te-Geri is a high energy, explosive, exciting and motivating workout program.  It is the non-contact Martial Arts workout with the kicks and punches of karate.

 Te-Geri will give you the excellent physical fitness results you've always wanted while also learning to defend yourself in many situations.  From shoulders to calves, you will become lean and strong.  You will tighten, tone, and firm your body while building a positive self-image, increasing your self-confidence, and reducing your stress level.

The Ranking System.....

We have developed a ranking system to aid you as you progress in your personal fitness program through Te-Geri. The ranking will be based on your length of time of practice and classroom attendance, much like the belt system in traditional Martial Arts.  The ranking system is called the “KUP” system (KUP in Korean loosely translated means ranking or level).  Here is how it works:  upon enrollment you will receive a white workout shirt representing Il Kup or level one. After approximately two months (or about 16 lessons) you will be eligible for Yi Kup or level two (a gold workout shirt).  You must pass our PT and skills test in order to receive your next level shirt.  As you progress up the levels to Sip Kup or level ten, you will receive the different color shirts shown below.
