Located at 5302 Barksdale Blvd. in Bossier City, this location is one of the largest Martial Arts facilities in the Tri-State region. With over 15,000 Square Feet of area, it has multiple classrooms, a 6500 Square Foot main workout floor outfitted with Olympic Training mats, separate men’s and women’s restrooms complete with showers, a snack bar, and a windowed lobby area for observing classes. Open 6 days a week, Monday - Friday from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

HAUGHTON

Located at 1040 Bellevue Rd. in Haughton, this location features over 9,000 Square Feet of area complete with multiple classrooms, a 5000 SF main workout floor outfitted with Olympic Training mats, a parent’s viewing area, and a pro shop.  There is a separate room for the After School program with its own secure entrance.  Open 6 days a week, Monday - Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

MINDEN

Our newest location, the Minden school is conveniently located in the Town East Shopping Center across the street from Wal-Mart.  At 1126 Homer Road, Suite K in Minden, this location features a pro shop, Olympic training mats, a parent’s viewing area, and shopping areas immediately next to the school to pass the time while family members are in class.  Open 6 days a week, Monday - Friday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
